Choose Your Fabric Route

Stock Fabric

Start from 1 roll (~23 kg) per colour for a smaller order. Choose the fabric quality and colour from the stock options available for your purchase. Stock orders are usually dispatched in about 3 working days after the order is confirmed.

Custom Colour

Start from 200 kg per colour. Use your colour reference to develop a lab dip for the selected fabric, then approve the colour for production.

New Fabric Development

Send a sample or an idea and we develop the fabric for you. The approval roll is ready in about 15–20 days; bulk starts from 1,000 kg of greige fabric in up to five colours, with at least 200 kg per colour. How fabric development works →

02

From Fabric Selection to Shipment

01

Select the Fabric

Choose an existing quality, or develop a new one from your sample or idea. Composition, GSM, width and garment use establish the fabric direction.

02

Review Samples & Colour

Evaluate the fabric sample and, for a custom colour, the lab dip. Lab dips take 3–5 working days.

03

Confirm the Bulk Order

The written order brings together the selected fabric, approved colour, quantity, price, quality and testing requirements, and payment and delivery terms. Bulk production takes 15–25 days.

04

Prepare for Shipment

Before packing, every roll is inspected with the American 4-point system. The order moves to packing and the agreed shipment arrangement. The invoice, packing list and any additional agreed documents accompany the shipment process.

03

Samples for the Decision You Need to Make

Samples let you compare a fabric in the context of your garment before committing to bulk.

Fabric Selection

Use a sample to compare hand feel, surface and colour, or to make a trial garment. Samples are dispatched in about 3 working days, and courier charges are usually USD 15–20.

Colour Approval

A lab dip shows the proposed custom colour against your reference. The approved colour becomes part of the bulk-order specification. How lab dips work → We keep each customer’s approved samples on file for five years, so a repeat order can be checked against the same standard.

Wash & Wear Evaluation

Use the selected fabric in a garment trial and the intended care process. Send your brand test sheet early, so we can confirm which requirements suit the fabric and shade.

04

Testing Requirements in Your Order

Most brand orders come with a test specification. Agree it before production, so the bulk lot is tested against clear values.

Send your test specification with your inquiry. We compare each requirement with our measured data for the selected fabric and shade, and the agreed methods and values are written into the order. How we test, the methods we use and how to write a specification are explained on our testing pages.

How long do lab dips, development and production take?

Lab dips take 3–5 working days, developing a new fabric takes about 15–20 days to the approval roll, and bulk production takes 15–25 days. Shipping time is additional.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. Samples can be requested for fabric selection, wash testing and trial garments. Sample availability, sample charges and courier costs are confirmed before dispatch.

We accept T/T and L/C, with FOB, CIF and DDP delivery options. The quotation records the agreed terms for your order.

Yes. Send the specification with your inquiry. We review each requirement against the selected fabric and shade, confirm what the fabric can reach, and test the bulk lot to the agreed methods. Setting test requirements →

What colour reference should I send for a custom colour?

A physical swatch on a similar material is best. If you use Pantone, send a TCX code for cotton or a TSX code for polyester. What to send for a lab dip →

Can I combine colours to reach the minimum?

No. The minimum applies to each colour, so every colour in the order needs to reach 23 kg for stock fabric or 200 kg for a custom colour.

Which port do you ship from?

Guangzhou Nansha or Shenzhen Shekou. FOB, CIF and DDP terms are available, and transit time depends on the destination and shipping method.
