On an existing quality. Lab dips in 3–5 working days against your swatch or Pantone reference; bulk production in 15–25 days after order confirmation.

From lab dip to shipment

Based in Zhangcha, Foshan, we develop and supply knitted fabrics with knitting, dyeing and finishing carried out locally. Our team manages each order from fabric development and colour approval through production coordination, testing and final inspection.

A sample or a clear brief starts the analysis. Short trials and a bulk-line sample help connect development to the approval roll.

Where are your fabrics made?

Our fabrics are knitted, dyed and finished locally in Foshan, China. Our team manages fabric development, colour approval, production coordination, testing and final inspection.

What is your minimum order?

Stock colours start from 1 roll (~23 kg) per colour, subject to availability. Custom colours on an existing quality start from 200 kg per colour.

New fabric development starts from 1,000 kg greige for bulk, in up to five colours with at least 200 kg per colour. Printing has separate conditions.

How long do lab dips and bulk production take?

Lab dips normally take 3–5 working days. Bulk production takes 15–25 days after order confirmation. A new-development approval roll is usually ready in 15–20 days; it is a separate stage. Transit is not included.

Can you develop a fabric from my sample?

Yes. Share a reference sample or a brief. Our team cross-checks the analysis, runs trials, makes a sample on bulk production lines, and prepares an approval roll. The approved reference and agreed specifications guide the order.

Which tests can you do?

Share your test specification, including the methods, conditions and acceptance values. We review the requirements and test specimens from the bulk lot; third-party testing can be arranged with your nominated lab when needed.

Which certifications apply to my order?

Certification applies to a stated holder, material, process and scope. Tell us which certification your order requires so we can confirm the applicable documentation, validity and traceability.

Can you print on cotton as well as polyester?

Yes. We offer heat transfer printing for suitable polyester fabrics and direct digital printing for cotton-based knits. Share the fabric and artwork; cotton-print quantities, sampling and timing are confirmed for the specific project.

What payment and delivery terms do you offer?

T/T and L/C payment terms are available, with FOB, CIF or DDP delivery terms. Confirm the applicable terms, shipping route and schedule for your order.
