We develop and supply knit fabrics produced in Zhangcha, Foshan, one of China’s main knit fabric clusters. Knitting, dyeing, mercerizing and finishing all take place locally, and our own team manages development, lab dips, testing and inspection for every order.

Breien
Large circular knitting machines in single jersey, double jersey and jacquard types knit jersey, interlock, rib, ponte, French terry, fleece, pique, waffle, jacquard and other structures.

Verven
High- and low-temperature dyeing machines let us dye cotton, polyester, nylon and blends with the right process for each fibre.

Mercerizing & Finishing
Open-width stenter lines set width, weight and dimensional stability, and mercerizing lines add lustre, strength and colour depth to cotton knits.

Mercerizing treats cotton under tension, which improves lustre, dye uptake and strength. It is used for mercerized cotton knits and premium T-shirt fabrics.

Production Questions
Where is your fabric produced?
Our knit fabrics are produced in Zhangcha, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Knitting, dyeing, mercerizing and finishing all take place locally, and our team follows each order from lab dip to final inspection.
What is your production capacity?
We produce more than 20 million yards of knit fabric a year. Stock colours ship from 1 roll (~23 kg) per colour, and custom colours start at 200 kg per colour.
Do you make lab dips in-house?
Yes. Lab dips are made in our lab dip room with three Datacolor automatic dispensing systems, usually in 3–5 working days.
