Jak\u00e9 jsou definice a vlastnosti r\u016fzn\u00fdch surovin?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Bavln\u011bn\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bavln\u011bn\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno je druh semenn\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna vyroben\u00e9ho prodlou\u017een\u00edm a ztlu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm epiderm\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk oplodn\u011bn\u00e9ho vaj\u00ed\u010dka, kter\u00e9 se li\u0161\u00ed od b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho l\u00fdkov\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna. Jeho hlavn\u00ed slo\u017ekou je celul\u00f3za. Celul\u00f3za je p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed polymer. Obsah celul\u00f3zy v norm\u00e1ln\u00ed zral\u00e9 bavln\u011b je asi 94 %. Krom\u011b toho obsahuje mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed polypetal\u016f, vosku, b\u00edlkovin, tuku, ve vod\u011b rozpustn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, popela a dal\u0161\u00edch p\u0159idru\u017een\u00fdch organism\u016f. Bavlna<\/a> m\u00e1 vl\u00e1kno vysok\u00e1 pevnost, dobr\u00e1 prody\u0161nost, \u0161patn\u00e1 odolnost proti vr\u00e1sk\u00e1m a \u0161patn\u00e1 pevnost v tahu. Dobr\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 odolnost, na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b po konop\u00ed; \u0160patn\u00e1 odolnost v\u016f\u010di kyselin\u00e1m, \u0159ed\u00ed odolnost v\u016f\u010di alk\u00e1li\u00edm p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b; M\u00e1 dobrou afinitu k barvivu, snadn\u00e9 barven\u00ed, kompletn\u00ed chromatografii a jasnou barvu. 2. Visk\u00f3za<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Visk\u00f3za, zn\u00e1m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jako lidsk\u00e1 bavlna, je druh um\u011bl\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna. Visk\u00f3zov\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0vl\u00e1kno je hlavn\u00ed odr\u016fdou um\u011bl\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken a druhou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odr\u016fdou chemick\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken v \u010c\u00edn\u011b. Hlavn\u00ed surovinou visk\u00f3zov\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna je chemick\u00e1 buni\u010dina, v\u010detn\u011b buni\u010diny bavlny a d\u0159evn\u00ed buni\u010diny. \u010cist\u00e1 celul\u00f3za je separov\u00e1na a regenerov\u00e1na chemickou reakc\u00ed. Visk\u00f3zov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno m\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 hygroskopick\u00e9 vlastnosti za b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek. M\u00edra regenerace vlhkosti je asi 13 %. Barvic\u00ed vlastnosti visk\u00f3zov\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna jsou srovnateln\u00e9 s bavlnou. 3. Akrylov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Akrylov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno je syntetick\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno vyroben\u00e9 z polyakrylonitrilu nebo kopolymeru akrylonitrilu obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 85 % akrylonitrilu. Elasticita akrylov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken je dobr\u00e1. Prodlou\u017een\u00ed 20% m\u00edry odrazu m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1le zachovat 65%, nad\u00fdchan\u00e9 zvln\u011bn\u00ed a m\u011bkk\u00e9. Akrylov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno m\u00e1 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1lost a jeho pevnost se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed pouze o 20%, kdy\u017e je vystaveno na vzduchu po dobu jednoho roku. V\u00fdkon\u00a0akrylov\u00e9ho<\/a> vl\u00e1kna je velmi podobn\u00fd vln\u011b. Zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed tepla je o 15 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u vlny, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako um\u011bl\u00e1 vlna. 4. Polyester<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Polyesterov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno je syntetick\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno vyroben\u00e9 sp\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm polyesteru, co\u017e je polykondenzace organick\u00e9 dvojsytn\u00e9 kyseliny a dvojsytn\u00e9ho alkoholu. Vynalezen v roce 1941, je to prvn\u00ed hlavn\u00ed odr\u016fda syntetick\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken. Polyester<\/a>\u00a0vl\u00e1kno je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou odolnosti proti vr\u00e1sk\u00e1m a konformn\u00ed vlastnosti je velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1, s vysokou pevnost\u00ed a elastickou schopnost\u00ed zotaven\u00ed. Je pevn\u00fd a odoln\u00fd, nema\u010dkav\u00fd, bez \u017eehlen\u00ed, nep\u0159ilnav\u00fd. Polyesterov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno m\u00e1 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed pevnost, vysok\u00fd modul a n\u00edzkou absorpci vody. \u0160iroce se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako civiln\u00ed tkanina a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 tkanina. Jako textiln\u00ed materi\u00e1l lze polyesterov\u00e9 st\u0159i\u017eov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno \u010dist\u011b sp\u0159\u00e1dat a je zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vhodn\u00e9 pro m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi vl\u00e1kny. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt sm\u00edch\u00e1n s p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi vl\u00e1kny, jako je bavlna, konop\u00ed a vlna, stejn\u011b jako s dal\u0161\u00edmi chemick\u00fdmi st\u0159i\u017eov\u00fdmi vl\u00e1kny, jako je visk\u00f3za, acet\u00e1t a polyakrylonitril. Polyesterov\u00e1 texturovan\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edze (hlavn\u011b n\u00edzkoelastick\u00e1 DTY) se od b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 polyesterov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edze li\u0161\u00ed vysokou nad\u00fdchanost\u00ed, velk\u00fdm zkade\u0159en\u00edm, silnou chlupatost\u00ed, m\u011bkkost\u00ed a vysokou elastickou pr\u016fta\u017enost\u00ed (a\u017e 400 %). Tkan\u00e1 l\u00e1tka m\u00e1 vlastnosti spolehliv\u00e9ho uchov\u00e1n\u00ed tepla, dobr\u00e9ho potahu a p\u0159ekryt\u00ed, jemn\u00e9ho lesku a tak d\u00e1le. Je zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vhodn\u00fd pro tkan\u00ed oblekov\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, jako jsou l\u00e1tky podobn\u00e9 vln\u011b a serge, svrchn\u00edch od\u011bv\u016f, kab\u00e1t\u016f a r\u016fzn\u00fdch dekora\u010dn\u00edch l\u00e1tek, jako jsou z\u00e1v\u011bsy, ubrusy, pohovky a podobn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Nylon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nylon, tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako polyamid, byl vyvinut vynikaj\u00edc\u00edm americk\u00fdm v\u011bdcem Carothersem a v\u011bdeck\u00fdm v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdm t\u00fdmem pod jeho veden\u00edm. Bylo to poprv\u00e9 na sv\u011bt\u011b syntetick\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno. Nylon je slovo pro polyamidov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno (nylon). Vzhledem k nylonu vypad\u00e1 textilie zcela nov\u011b. Nylonov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v pleta\u0159sk\u00e9m a hedv\u00e1bn\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, jako jsou nylonov\u00e9 pun\u010dochy, nylonov\u00e1 g\u00e1za, moskyti\u00e9ra, nylonov\u00e1 krajka, nylonov\u00e9 stre\u010dov\u00e9 nylonov\u00e9 svrchn\u00ed od\u011bvy, nylonov\u00e9 hedv\u00e1b\u00ed nebo propl\u00e9tan\u00e9 hedv\u00e1b\u00ed. V\u00fdvoj ln\u011bn\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna byl v\u0161ak omezen kv\u016fli jeho nev\u00fdznamn\u00e9 elasticit\u011b, odolnosti proti ma\u010dkavosti, odolnosti proti od\u011bru a pocitu po\u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed.
